Family Navigation
Get one-on-one help to find services that meet your needs. Family Navigation is a good option if you don’t have a case manager through the Department of Mental Health or The Center for Human Services. A Family Navigator can answer your questions and guide you through the process of getting connected to services.
Targeted Case Management
There are two targeted case management (TCM) providers in St. Louis County, The Center of Human Services and the Department of Mental Health’s St. Louis Regional Office.
To learn more about case management services, confirm eligibility, and enrollments, contact the St. Louis Regional Office at 314-587-4800.
